Andy – Graphic Designer Extraordinaire

Andy is a great graphic designer. He will take the sketch visuals and brand guidelines from our design meeting and turn it into something amazing. Andy has helped us win a national gold award for web design 3 years running. Andy travels around Europe in a large van with his apple Mac and his 2 deer hounds. In 7 years, Andy has never failed to deliver a set of brilliant designs on time.

Cerys – Website Project Coordinator

Cerys made an impression in her very first interview, asking, “What do you do to ensure your customers are always happy?” That question sums her up perfectly. Now our project coordinator, she brings that same focus to every project. Cerys is a self-confessed nag (her words, not ours), relentlessly chasing what she needs to keep things moving. She's organised, determined, and always has the customer in mind—even if it means nagging you for the third time today.

Jack - Design Office Manager

Jack has been with the team for over 12 years. Jack is our technical guru who pushes for continual improvement, to offer the best possible solutions at the most competitive prices. Jack will be doing the programming of your website. He will ensure that your website is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. Jack used to say that he was anal, we prefer to say that he is a perfectionist.

Joe – Account Manager

Joe has worked for our clients for nearly 9 years. As one of the first people potential clients see, he has been a very important element in the growth of H10 reputation. His key strengths are empathy and strategic thinking (according to the Clifton Strengths Finder test). Whether he is talking to customers, suppliers or even competitors, he is always looking to see how we can add real value. He is 30, professional and very capable, but we all think of him as an excitable puppy.

Mike – Designer and Marketing Strategist

Mike has worked with hundreds of businesses to help them create website plans to meet the strategic aims of their business. Using a selection of design techniques, Mike will help you create a vision of what your website should be like. He will then translate this into a brief for Andy to work his magic. Mike has been involved in delivering websites for over 18 years. Prior to that he spent 10 years as European design manager for an international injection moulding organisation, before that he was a product designer. This just means that he is old.

Ned – SEO Guru

Ned has been doing SEO for 15 years, he is also a Fellow Of The Institute of Marketing. He gets amazing results for all types of businesses, doing anything from local SEO to Shopify and Ecommerce. We love having Ned as part of our business because he is so generous of spirit, he really wants to help everybody.

Rosie– Marketing Manager

Rosie’s love of digital marketing began during her Marketing Masters in 2016. As Social Media Manager for one of the world’s leading party companies, Rosie increased revenue through Facebook advertising by 48% YoY, and drove their Instagram following from 9,000 to nearly 20,000 in less than a year. Rosie has been to the Facebook Head Office in Dublin to learn advanced social media techniques. We think it was just an excuse to go to Temple Bar and drink Guinness.

Sarah – Sales Manager

Although Sarah runs all the administration for the business, after 20 years her real passion is still sales. She just loves to get on the phone to spark up conversations with people she has never met. When we can get her off the phone, one of her key responsibilities is the finance of the business.
